Tomato Chutney

Ingredients
| 6 | Fresh Tomatoes |
| 2 | Green Chillies |
| 2 | Red Chillies, dried |
| 1 tsp | Mustard Seeds |
| 1 tsp | Ural Dal |
| 1 tsp | Methi Seeds |
| 2 tsp | Hing |
| 1 tsp | Brown Sugar |
| 1 tsp | Coriander Seeds |
| Salt, to taste | |
| 1 tbsp | Vegetable Oil |
Method
- In a non-stick frypan heat the oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, methi, coriander seeds, hing, and the chillies. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, brown sugar and salt. Fry till all the ingredients are mixed together and the tomatoes are well cooked.
- Let mixture cool completely and then grind to a fine paste.
