Spicy Chicken Salad

Ingredients
| 2 | Skinless chicken breasts, cooked & cubed |
| 1 | Onion, finely chopped |
| 1 | Green chili, seeded & minced |
| 2 tsp | Fresh coriander, chopped |
| 2 tsp | Dry roasted cumin seeds, ground |
| 1 tbsp | Garam Masala |
| 2 tsp | Tomato puree |
| 1 tbsp | Lime juice |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 1 tsp | Pepper |
| 8-10 | Lettuce leafs |
Method
- In a bowl combine cooked chicken, onion, chili, coriander, cumin, garam masala, tomato puree and lime juice.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cover and chill for a few hours or overnight.
- Serve each portion on a lettuce leaf.
