Spicy Chicken Salad

Ingredients

2Skinless chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
1Onion, finely chopped
1Green chili, seeded & minced
2 tspFresh coriander, chopped
2 tspDry roasted cumin seeds, ground
1 tbspGaram Masala
2 tspTomato puree
1 tbspLime juice
1/2 tspSalt
1 tspPepper
8-10Lettuce leafs

Method

  • In a bowl combine cooked chicken, onion, chili, coriander, cumin, garam masala, tomato puree and lime juice.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and chill for a few hours or overnight.
  • Serve each portion on a lettuce leaf.
