Ingredients

2 cupsLow-fat Plain Yogurt
2 ripeTomatoes, finely diced
1/2Cucumber, grated
1Medium Onion
1 tspCumin Powder
1/4 tspRed Chilli Powder
1/2 tspSugar
1/2 tspSalt

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
  • Sprinkle some cumin powder and red chilli powder on top just before serving.
