Ingredients
| 1 cup | Plain Yogurt |
| 1/2 | Medium Ripe Mango |
| 1 tbsp | Sugar |
| 8 | Ice Cubes |
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- To take out any lumps, put through a strainer, pushing out as much of the liquid as you can.
