Iced Mint Tea

Ingredients
| 6 | Orange Pekoe tea bags |
| 1/2 cup | Fresh Mint Leaves |
| 3 tbsp | Fresh Lime/Lemon Juice |
| 2l | Water, boiling |
| 1 cup | Sugar (or to taste) |
| Ice Cubes |
Method
- Put tea bags, mint leaves, lemon/lime juice and boiling water into a large container - allow to steep for about 20 minutes.
- Place the sugar into a large glass jug. Remove the tea bags and mint. Pour the brewed tea into the jug and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Cool and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Serve in tall glasses over ice cubes.
