Chai Tea

Ingredients
| 4 | Whole Cloves |
| 2 | Cardamom Pods, broken |
| 1 | Cinnamon Stick, broken |
| 1/4 inch | Fresh Ginger, chopped |
| 6 | Black Peppercorns |
| 1/4 tsp | Nutmeg |
| 2 1/2 | Water |
| 2 1/2 | Milk |
| 4 tbsp | Ceylon or Assam Black Tea |
| Sugar/Honey |
Method
- Add spices, water and bring to a boil. Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
- Add the milk to the pan and bring to a boil again.
- Add tea and bring to a boil again.
- Strain into a warmed teapot or directly into teacups.
- Add sugar or honey to taste.
